Ember & Oak started with a simple belief: the best food is cooked slowly, over real wood, by people who give a damn. No shortcuts. No frozen product. Just honest cooking in a space where you actually want to stay.
We source from local and regional farms when we can, and we change the menu when the season tells us to. The fire does the rest.
